Public Exhibit Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM in the Knott Salon on the 2nd floor

• Exhibit area is available for setup starting at 7:00 AM.
• Exhibit area teardown is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Salon must be vacated NLT 4:00 PM to accommodate a different event.
• Freight Elevator w/operator will be provided and an SCSGC member will be present to guide you and provide you with your table(s) assignment.
• Complimentary coffee & light pastries will be provided during setup.
• Sandwiches and beverages will be provided in exhibit area midday.
• Free unprotected Wi-Fi is provided - no Login or Password required: KBF_Hotel_WiFi

If you require A-C power for your table(s) please indicate on your application form so that you will be placed near a wall. There is no extra charge for power but do not request power if you don't need it because we can't provide power to every table.

Note: the hotel requires that all signs, posters, banners, and displays must be fireproof.

All sellers/vendors/exhibitors are entitled to a discounted self-parking rate of $5.00/day and includes overnight.

The hotel is holding a block of rooms for Saturday night Sept. 9th through Sunday morning Sept. 10th at the discounted rate of $159.00 + tax for sellers, vendors, and exhibitors who wish to stay over (Single King or Double Queen). Hotel guests must make reservations directly with the hotel NLT August 19, 2023. Mention Sept. 9th and S Fest West 2023 or Southern California S Gaugers Club to receive the discounted rate. Note: Knott's Berry Farm Hotel is now a cashless facility. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Reverse ATM machines are available on the premises to accept cash and issue temporary cards for patrons who don't have CR/DR cards.
